Validations UI is not populated after duplicating a sheet

It works after refreshing, however.

Also:

  • [ ] populate validation UI after duplicating a sheet
  • [ ] validation UI sometimes gets into a bad state after
  • [ ] add an option to show only on hover/selected cell (for checkboxes and dropdown)
