Similar to the notebook paradigm, we're building sheets with lots of code dependencies, a run all saves substantial time.

If not a button to press, we need to minimally make it more clear in file menus

Max Run all button in top toolbar

High In bottom bar, can eventually make a sub-menu for scheduling runs as well

Other In code menu Higher in command palette menu
