Freezing rows/columns

Freezing rows/columns is a useful feature when you have datasets in the sheet.

The way the feature works is the row(s)/column(s) that are frozen then stay visible as you scroll (see any other spreadsheet for this implementation - no need to reinvent the wheel).

As desired by a user and enthusiastically requested internal to team as well.
