Enable 3 finger dragging in xorg

Hi there, I would like to use this feature but I am unsure if it has been merged with upstream synaptics. and what I need in my conf file in order to enable 3 finger dragging. hope you have the time to help with a quick explanation. would love to enable 3 finger dragging on my macbook pro 2011 running manjaro linux (KDE plasma 5 w/ synaptics driver).
