Many configurations use deprecated functions !!

Almost all configurations use deprecated functions like

This is like history. It would be nice to have last woking version. But how to automate that? Manual work would be very time eating.

We could aim to have every config as a submodule with a cron job to update these, and if a config is not available as a submodule, we move it to an archive directory?

I guess we need at least five or so configurations available as a submodule to make this real and relevant.

for now I just did https://github.com/qtile/qtile-examples/pull/48 1st round testing. Later maybe will look into some configs deapier because they even starts just some small issues (ex. Clock widget format bad, nextgroup etc)
