This issue has been resolved. 🚀

The code mentioned in this issue is no longer present in the code base and I will close this issue.

I'll label this as "wontfix", just like #5155, because it is **likely** (but not quite assured) to be superseded by https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/issues/7736 soon.

Tribler now has a web-based front end and this issue is no longer relevant.

Cannot reproduce on `Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS`/`Python 3.8.10`/`main (a25df64ad67e263fe84f65a0faa4753737bf914b)`.

I reproduced this yesterday. After clicking back and forth between the "All" and "Downloading" tabs, the download would appear. This may be a refresh issue.

This should be resolved in the new Tribler 8.0 web-based front end.
