Merge fatitem with base URL

There is no point in making a difference between the page itself (e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43502889) and the item it expands (e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43502889#43502889). This mostly causes unnecessary steps when navigating and confusion. The URL should be https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43502889 for both, and never updated to https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43502889#43502889.
