Offer 1-click easy setup for newbies

On the first launch of Catapult, offer to perform a one-click install of some default configuration, for example:

• The newest stable version of CDDA.
• The official DDA soundpack (and automatically set it in game config, too).
• Some optimized settings, like opengl rendering and borderless fullscreen.

It's a very bad idea. One mistake and the program won't start. It might make sense to make "mini options", but why?
