Add CDDA 0.F-3 Frank-3 for Linux

The releases only mention that it was added for Windows and I cannot see it on my Linux system using the latest version

That's because for some reason they never released 0.F-3 with tiles for Linux. If you look at the assets for that release, it is not there.

Weird. Would a temporary workaround be okay? I'm thinking along the lines of hardcoding the closest experimental to that and naming it 0.F-3.

That would be a little disingenuous. Don't they make a separate branch to stabilize things before each release? I suspect an experimental wouldn't be very close to that, even if it is close chronologically.

It looks like the next release, 0.G, is not that far off. I suggest we just wait for that.
