[Feature Request] MacOS Build Request

Hi,

I want to use the Catapult launcher on my Mac. I see there are only Linux and Windows versions available right now. Could you consider making a version for macOS? Since the project uses Godot 3, which supports macOS, it seems possible.

I’m willing to help test it out on macOS if you decide to go ahead with this. Thanks for your work on this launcher!
