Charge removal

Hi,

I tried to pay $8 for a design I made on trianglify, but when I clicked submit a dialogue came up that "this type of card is not supported" or something like that (I should have taken a screenshot but I didn't). Later, I logged onto my banking app and saw that I was charged despite the fact that I wasn't able to download the high-res version of my design (and still am not able to). First I tried to contact Stripe, the checkout portal, but I have to have an account to get in touch with their customer service, which I don't. Could you please facilitate removing this charge?
