qri init is not documented ni qri.io commands docs

https://qri.io/docs/reference/cli_commands does not list qri init.

(I'm looking for a way to specify initialization hints, as my csv file gets corrupted when transformed to the body.csv:

• only comma seems to be supported as separator (autodetection would be helpful)
• qri assumes administratice/postal codes starting with leading zeros as integers, though they should be handled as string)
