"Loading..." text visible when dataset body is not full-width

When viewing a tabular dataset body that is not full width, it's possible to see the "Loading..." indicator which is normally only visible when scrolled to the bottom of the currently loaded rows.

Either center on the actual width of the table -OR- make the non-filled part of the table opaque.
