Failed to build project

When building your source code on Android Studio,it gives me this error

All com.android.support libraries must use the exact same version specification (mixing versions can lead to runtime crashes). Found versions 25.1.0, 23.4.0. Examples include com.android.support:support-compat:25.1.0 and com.android.support:animated-vector-drawable:23.4.0

Could you point out what mistake I made?

Try building with your wífi turned on so that AS can download the necessary PACKAGES
