Schottky contacts

At the moment, Solcore only includes Ohmic contacts via a surface recombination velocity. It will be useful to improve this and add the possibility of setting Schottky contacts in the devices.

I want to take up this issue. I would also like to create a class for Schottky junction solar cells. Can you help me with how I can proceed with this task?
