Field-dependent carrier mobility

Solcore's PDD solver does not include this feature, which becomes important when there is high electric fields. It requires several modifications to the code, though:

• A new input parameter: the saturation velocity
• A recursive algorithm, to re-calculate the mobility either once in a while or at every iteration.
