Radiative coupling for DA and PDD

Solcore includes support for radiative coupling in MJ solar cells, but only if the junctions it is made of are of kind DB (detailed balance) or 2D (2-diode equation). The DA (depletion approximation) and PDD (Poisson-drift-diffusion) kinds both contain the information necessary to calculate the coupling, i.e., the radiative recombination, but the actual implementation of such coupling is much harder. This is specially true in the case of the PDD kind since, in principle, it does not assume the superposition principle.
