LOGBACK-1251 - Adding ability to log to syslog for logback-access

Using logback-classic code base to create a logback-access appender to log to a remote syslog daemon. Severity does not really make sense for access logs, using INFO.

The Dropwizard project would be really interested in this feature. Currently we ask users who want to log access logs via syslog to switch the old-style logback-classic connector.

A scanned copy on two separate pages is fine but please make sure that the images render reasonably well when printed on a laser printer. Images taken by cellphone cameras are inadequate as they usually do not render well when printed.
