add example project

• i added a example project, to have a working demonstration
• it writes the version to a file too
• it limits the version-lenght to 63 characters
• i added the version limitation to the project documentation as well

maybe we could put the example in a separate folder inside the example folder, to have more examples with different scopes, but this could be done later as well

• before merge we should talk about squashing all the commit and use a proper commit message :)
