Describe the issue

I have taken YouPIP out of the frameworks folder and have background playback disabled in uYou settings. My settings worked flawlessly but now background playback is back.

Steps to reproduce

1. Remove YouPIP fromworks folder.
2. Disable Background Playback in settings.
