leds ws2811 protocol timing compatibility

Some WS2811 LED ICs are not compatible with the 1.25us HLLL/HHLL symbol format used by LEDS_PROTOCOL_WS2811, which is based on the 0.5/2.0us ± 150ns <-> 1.2/1.3us ± 150ns low-speed -> derived 50% high-speed timings specified in https://cdn-shop.adafruit.com/datasheets/WS2811.pdf

The 1.25us HLLL/HHHL symbol format used by LEDS_PROTOCOL_WS2812B seems to provide better compatibility, but the GRB/RGB color ordering does not match.

Needs some protocol with the HLLL/HHHL timings and a RGB color order. Maybe even other variations on the color order.
