DzTech DZ60 v2 layout name corrections

Description

• JSON syntax correction in community_layouts
• renamed layout to match corresponding Community Layout:
  • 60_iso_arrow_one_bksp to 60_iso_arrow
  • community_layouts and layout_aliases appended accordingly
• layout 60_iso_4th_row_all_1u removed as it is identical to 64_iso
  • layout_aliases appended accordingly
