update mlego, add rp2040 variants and move to data driven

updated mlego/m* versions to data driven and added revisions that support rp2040 (raspberry, we act, xiao and other makers)

@tzarc It would be great if you could merge this PR so the QMK Configurator picks the new keyboard models up and I can flash directly via QMK.

I have tested this with the mlego M65 keyboard and everything seems to work well.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can do to get this PR merged.
