Hide Unused Layers

Hides the selectors for the layers that are unused in the current keymap.

How do you as a layer?

And this is why we code review. :man_facepalming: A button for adding a layer might be needed. Otherwise the only way is to initialize one through the layer change keycodes.

Haven't touched it since I labeled it on hold. Probably will need to start it from scratch if I pick this up again. Doubt I'd remember my way through this branch if I looked at it.
