Is it possible to add an already existing sequence to the active sequence?

Is there a way to add an existing sequence to the active sequence within the same project?

i tried to do that but for me it took setting a shortcut key to reveal seq in project connect it to AHK and then change the active sequence by opening it add then add that selected clip from project wiew to current sequence
