Labels on points

🐛 Bug report

I'm not sure, there is a bug or not. If I make line chart with few lines with points, then if points size 0.6 or less - labels on the points not displayed. If it's not a bug, please give us possibility to use labels with any sizes of points.

overflow: true add '...' instead of numbers :(
