Add support for runtime mixins

Today, mixins are registered statically through the config-object. It would be great if they could be registered in runtime as well.

+1 yes this would be great.

please think of deregistration please think of the possibility to ask/check if a mixin is already applied please think of namespaces: in modularized enviroment like the client with extension it would be great
