Bump react-joyride to 2.3.0

react-joyride is used in the catwalk tutorial. There is some fishy thing when bumping the package to 2.3.0, the tutorial does not work and the e2e tests are failing.

Bump react-joyride to 2.3.0 and make the code changes needed. Also remove the dependency from the ignoreDeps in renovate.json.
