Graphical issues with association lines

Wrong background color on association line start and end. Best seen on every other table with darker grey background.

In some lower resolutions the association lines might be rendered a bit too thin.
-
In some lower resolutions there are sometimes a 1:ish px wide cut in the assoc. lines.
