Update Alertify

Currently, we've downloaded alertify.js into public and loaded it in a script tag in main.html. We should remove it from main.html, and instead install it using npm. Then, we need to update all obsolete API calls to alertify everywhere, and make sure that it's imported correctly every time that it's used (also, will help linter find corresponding errors)
