not sure how this would be implemented. options:

  • global toggle in the plugin config -- would probably be missed by >99% of users unless documented
  • enabled via a timed effect, a la Creative Mode
  • enabled/disabled via a toggle effect, a la Keep Inventory
  • as a boolean modifier for specific effects -- pay an extra 5% tax for chaos
  • as a integer modifier for specific effects -- pay an extra X coins per level of chaos
