Windows下直接使用pip install不会导入torch库

如题, 初次安装后, 运行时提示 module 'torch' not found 手动安装后能正常运行

暂未确认原始的 linux + python3 环境下能否直接安装使用

PS: 本人暂未学习与pytorch有关知识, 请见谅!
