就是你博文里提到“没有删除我的远程仓库地址，添加完自己的仓库地址后，一口气推送到所有远程仓库“ 我想问的是如何避免造成这样的错误呢

另外，我发现我folk了之后，即使删除了文章，在打开我的GitHub网站的时候 那些被我删除的文章还是显示着的呢 这是为什么呢？

删除完后，需要重新提交git 推送到github
