[2.4] Fix or clarify texts and figures

Changes made

  • Clarify unclear sentences
  • Update or fix codes and figures

Justification

  • Use p and cp gates instead of u1 and cu1 gates due to warnings. (English version is already updated.)
    • Related to cells whose numbers are 15 and 17.
  • Update codes and outputs of the cell whose number is 22 according to the English version.
  • Some Japanese seemed confusing and unclear, so improved along the English version.
  • Added a sentence following the Toffoli figure according to the English version.
