Problem in the copy button of the first code cell of HHL algorithm

seems to copy the previous text cell instead:

@bopardikarsoham thanks for taking a look. We're using an outdated version of jupyter book to generate the HTML for the website. I've marked this as "wontfix", which means this problem should not be worked on. This is because the issue has an easy workaround (highlighting / copy-pasting) and we're switching to some new software for the new textbook beta (see learn.qiskit.org).

I'm going to leave it open as it's still a known issue, just not one we're going to fix.
