Steps to reproduce the problem

Once issue #342 has been merged then the code used can be generated by

from qiskit_qec.codes.codebuilders.yzx2_code_builder import YZX2CodeBuilder

Inconsistent results.

What is the expected behavior?

The distance of the above code should be $5$ and so the compiled version should give 5 and not 2.
