Transmission lines in every orientation

This replaces a long-standing issue that we cannot find any longer (might have been lost during the launch migration).

What is the feature being requested?

making all of the transmission line algorithms work at arbitrary orientations. Currently only the leads work in all orintation, but for example the anchors and the meanders do not.

What are use cases for this feature?

Common use-case, publications already out there using 45 degree rotations, but cannot exclude future need for 30 degree or other arbitrary rotation.
