Undo Button Feature

- Qiskit Metal version: Latest
- Python version: Latest
- Operating system: Windows 10
What is the current behavior?
I deleted one component and want to bring it back so there should be an undo button to do that.
Steps to reproduce the problem

What is the expected behavior?
While editing any parameter, we need an undo button to revert to the last value.
Suggested solutions
Add edit drop-down button alongside the metal design and plot buttons which will have the option to Undo
The work around is to use a Jupyter notebook. This is not a high priority item.
