QAnsysRenderer: Bounding box, pyEPR update, Cold Si

What is the feature being requested?

  • [ ] Specify the extra width of the bounding box when rending only 1 or 2 components, is this an option currently?
  • [ ] A function that allows us to add cold silicon as a material to a new design. You can record the command for how it is done by compy and paste material from another file, It just requires setting a number for the permitivity. @ThomasGM4 can also show how it is done.
  • [ ] PR or better push to pyEPR all changes you made that are needed to run your code. @derivation
