Abstract

Implement quantum pattern matching algorithm on IBM Q device.

Description

The d-dimensional pattern matching problem is to find a target pattern of length $m^d$ within a text of length $n^d$ $(m<n)$ . Pattern searching has crucial applications on DNA sequencing and search engine design, etc. It's an interesting application of Grover's search.
