Dead links index.ipynb

Most of the links on index.ipynb are dead.

Oops, that really was awfully vague, was it not!?

The problem in community/index.ipynb is that the links are relative, and the file was moved at some point without accounting for this.

I'm not sure why this move was done, as I think it is important to index the entire tutorial.

Hey there @quantumjim , I believe the links in index.md are working, if you wouldn't mind, I can try to replace all the broken links in index.ipynb.
