Connection's ordering isn't working

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

There is a bug in the left menu containing the connection list.

When ordering by drag and drop, all the connections "near" the initial and final position of the connection i want to move gets shuffled. I tried to reproduce the shuffle in a consistent why but looks like it changes the order most of the times. Then if I close and reopen the application and the order is rolled back. A couple of times the order was saved (I didn't understood why) and I ended up having most of the connections in an ugly ordering.

Is there a work around to change the order? I tried to search for a config file but without success.
