Files with suffix pth.tar is the models saved by PyTorch, just like pth files. Load them using torch.load.

FD-MobileNet outperforms MobileNetV2 under small computational budgets, such as 10 to 140MFLOPs (undet the same input resolution). But above 300 MFLOPs, MobileNetV2 is better. So it is upon to your application.
