Searchable Beta Diversity Object

Beta Diversity distances should be stored as some sort of data-base accessible object.

This should be searchable, to limit unnecessary distance calculations and able to return a text-formatted distance matrix as normally produced by beta_diversity.py.

@wasade, I think this is part of what TMI is doing for participants, right? Would it be worth doing the same for all Qiita and perhaps storing in redbiom?
