The list of available commands for the processing network is filtered by the command available in the workflows, which has the undesirable consequence that commands that are not part of that workflow are not listed. This happened for "'Adapter and host filtering v2023.12'" in the last deployment. The current solution is to add a "fake" workflow that has this step.
