Using Greengenes2 in Qiita

I searched the help documents for how to use Greengenes2 in Qiita, and did not observe documentation. It's currently not obvious what a user needs to do to use Greengenes2 in Qiita, would it be possible to get help information together?

Is there anything in the GG2 website that would fit here? I can easily add it or point it from qiita's processing recommendations.

I think what is missing in Qiita's documentation is what steps are necessary within Qiita to use Greengenes2. It would be really nice to show an example of combining 16S/WGS data and generating a weighted UniFrac plot like was done in the manuscript
