figure out how to get taxonomies in the GG2 tables for analyses

@wasade reported that he couldn't do a taxonomy summary in Qiita. After a quick review I think the problem is that the biom table doesn't have the taxonomies as metadata.

QIIME 2 doesn't use metadata within the table, would it be possible for Qiita to provide the FeatureData[Taxonomy] artifact for the samples?
