Unable to delete a study?

I'm attempting to delete a study created during testing. After clicking delete, and entering the title, and confirming with the pop up window, I'm presented with the study page (see attached). That page says the study is being processed (?) and allows me to both edit it, and attempt to delete it, which I don't understand because I've already requested it be deleted?
