Import analysis network from existing analysis

When running a new meta-analysis, I'd like to be able to import the workflow from an existing analysis. This would be really helpful for example when needing to re-run an analysis with a slightly updated metadata file or after Qiita updates, especially when the processing network is large. This could be similar to what Qiita already does with the "default workflows."
