Add csv. export option for sample validation function (Qiita Admin)

For Sample Validation function (cross-check wetlab sample IDs with metadata in Qiita), it would be great to add a button to export a .csv file that contains the information given in a format that we can utilize and/or send to others.

This would ideally be located the top of the page, below the “Sample Validation” header and above the subheaders (Matching, Missing, Blank, Extra). Alternatively this can be placed before “Validate more samples” on the bottom of the page.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to add a drop-down menu to allow us to pick and choose what specific sections we want to export. For example, if want to export all of the information generated (matching, missing, BLANK, & extra), or just the matching, missing, BLANK, or extra samples, etc.
